A Garden Tour

June the 28th would have been my mother's 80th birthday had she lived to see it. It was a bittersweet day in that the weather was absolutely gorgeous in contrast to my pretty down mood. My mom loved flowers and gardening and even though she never got to see our gardens here in Oregon (her death was in part catalyst for Ann and me to pick up stakes and move from Virginia to Oregon), she would have loved them.

In memory of her, I took a little tour of the yard and snapped some photos of a few of the plants currently in bloom.
