Sunday was a lazy, take it easy around the house kind of day: we didn't even get out of bed until 11am. I had picked up some local goat cheese at the farmers market on Saturday and after we got up and going,we decided to get into it. I bought several Valençay-clone cheeses from
Shepherd's Whey Creamery for the restaurant cheese plates and brought one home to sample.
Ann made us Prosecco cocktails with a splash of cranberry juice, which turned out to be really good. I'm not generally into that sort of thing, but these were really good.
